About Me

Welcome to Sunny Nomad a blog about the simple adventures of life.

I love travelling, food, people, books, design and laughter. Most of my free time is spent looking at blogs of pretty things that can make the home a wee bit cozier.

I’m from Mumbai, but my husband’s work involves a lot of travelling and I follow him almost everywhere. In the past three years we have moved around a lot and set up homes in new places. Whenever we move, I miss the places I leave behind. Over time I’ve learned that home can be any place that just lets you be, sneakily changing you at the same time.

The Gorgeous Blue, Andaman Islands

I’ve lived in Goa, Kerala and Gujarat, sometimes in a village other times in a small town but always close to idyllic beaches. And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve followed my acute wanderlust – Israel, France, Istanbul, the Andaman Islands and other places in India have all been unforgettable experiences. The bucket list is getting longer every day. Lately, I’ve been doing full-on travel writing for other blogs too. <Yay!>

Sunny Nomad is a place where all my loves come together. This is where my experiments end up. Where travel stories and design inspirations are shared. It’d be really great if you let me know what you think about them. Do drop me a line at sunnynomad(at)gmail(dot)com.
